Orders are processed within 72 hours of placing your order and usually arrive in 3-5 business days. If hair is ordered during a promotional sale please expect an additional 3-5 business days to be added to the total processing and shipping time. If you order a frontal, pre colored bundles, or a wig please expect an additional 2-3 business days for your order to process. If order is not in stock your hair will ship when order becomes available and an email will be sent directly to you.
You will first receive a order confirmation email and your next email will be your confirmation of shipping, which includes your tracking number. During a holiday promotional sale there are 8 days total of processing before you should reach out about your order.
Keep in mind, the approximate processing time is mostly there in the event your hair is out of stock. Most orders do get shipped within 48 hours, but since we can't predict the demand of the orders in advance, we do add the additional business days in the event you place your order on a very busy day.
Lastly, business hours are M-F 10:30am-5:00pm. After that time; emails, phone calls, and text messages will be answered in the order they are received starting the next business day.
